 The Conference Table tab provides
a
way to conduct and record conference table sessions. In this technique the
focus is on a particular issue. The issue is defined in a concise vision
statement. Parts are invited to the table and represented on the table
diagram with a brief statement and indicator of their "charge": positive,
negative or neutral. Lengthier statements can be recorded about the issue in
general and each part's attitudes about it. In effect, a discussion among
the parts takes place and is recorded. The same issue may be taken through
several conference table sessions, with the goal of an evolution of the
parts' thinking on the issue and positive change about it. |
