IFS Insight Guided Tour -
Freehand Drawing Start
Sometimes a picture IS worth a thousand words! Some of our parts can
best express themselves visually.
On the Freehand Drawing tab you can create pictures with a simple set of
paint brush tools. While holding down the mouse button you "draw" by
moving the mouse across the blank white "canvas" that fills the screen.
You use round or
square
"brushes" of various sizes for solid strokes of any color you choose. The
effect is similar to a magic marker on paper. An "air brush" gives a spray
pattern which you can use to create an effect somewhat like a water color
"wash". There is also an "eraser".
Perhaps not fine art, but anyone can use these simple tools for various
kinds of visual or picture therapy work. Images from dreams, "art therapy"
exercises and techniques, background images for clove or parts diagrams.
The uses for this drawing facility are limited only by your imagination.
These images can be printed out for review between therapist and client,
etc. You can also email them to other IFS Insight users with the
Share facility. |
