The IFS Scale is a questionnaire instrument which provides a
profile of a person's internal system in IFS terms. The results indicate what types of parts
are dominating the internal system, how extreme they are, and how much
access to Self there is at the time of completing the questionnaire.
Developed by Lia DeLand, the IFS Scale is rapidly becoming a standard IFS
tool.
The Scale may be used periodically over the course of therapy to assess
the internal system and measure progress. The person may take the questionnaire on
screen, or use a printed out paper version. The questions can be answered in
about 15 minutes. After inputting, the results are immediately available to view or print. |
