On the Parts Diagram
you can create a visual representation of the parts
in relation to the self and each other. A Parts Diagram is a visual or
symbolic representation of the internal landscape at a point in time.
Parts may have whatever sizes, shapes, colors, or images seem to best
represent them. They may be arranged in groups representing alliances or
polarizations, or in whatever layout seems to fit your experience of them.
They may be near or far from the self. They may partially cover (blend with)
the self or other parts.
Each Parts Diagram you create has a date. You may create a series of Parts
Diagrams, which will provide a time series history of the inner landscape.
You may also select any existing diagram and make changes to it. |
