InnWorks, a hotel reservation and management system. Features a graphical reservation calendar on which user enters and changes reservations by drag & drop. Nashoba Valley Winery, Bolton, MA:
CellarWorks, a winery production and management system. Records a history of each batch of wine produced, to provide information for costing, government reports, and quality control for future batches. A graphical cellar plan window shows all tanks and barrels in their actual positions. Wine moves are recorded by drag & drop from one container to another, minimizing data entry errors. “Cellar notes” are entered on an entry window customized to the items the winery tracks. FerryWorks, a ferry reservation and scheduling system. This system handles reservations for departing and returning trips of up to three boats daily. Systems Analyst position. Responsible for maintenance and development of the court’s information system, both hardware and software. Supervised staff of 2. Worked with other department heads to improve the use and functionality of the court’s existing information system. Areas involved included systems analysis, data entry, reports, and training. Interfaced with various outside agencies on information and technology matters. Developed two add-on applications using Visual Basic, Access, and Crystal Reports.
